I bought this on a whim to hit free shipping. Now I’m side-eyeing my $34 concealers.
The coverage is so dense it covers a tattoo. But it blends out to nothing — invisible. That shouldn’t be possible at this price.
L.A. Girl Pro Conceal HD Concealer is $5 at drugstores and Ulta. The claim: “HD high-definition concealer.” I rolled my eyes. Then I tried it.
Shade range is actual chaos
24 shades. Most drugstore brands can’t even hit 15. And they actually have fair-olive tones.
The doe-foot is massive
Like, comically large. One dot covers half your under-eye. You’ll use less product than you think.
Dries matte but not flat
It sets in 30 seconds flat. But it doesn’t look like you painted over your face.

Two sentences: Dimethicone gives that blurring “filter” effect. Talc and silica absorb oil so you don’t get that weird crepe-y texture by noon.
- Dimethicone: Slicks on like silk, fills fine lines instantly
- Talc: Soaks up under-eye oil before it creases
- Silica: Diffuses light so it looks airbrushed
- Cyclopentasiloxane: Evaporates fast so it sets without powder

First swipe: it’s thick. Like, almost paste. But the second you tap it in, it melts. I used my ring finger — no brush needed. It’s weirdly satisfying.
Week three: I wore it through a 12-hour airport day. No creasing. No flaking. My $9 setting spray did all the work. One downside: it’s not hydrating. If your undereyes are Sahara-dry, this will look crispy.

My dark circles? 80% gone with one layer. Acne scars? Covered completely. But my fine lines? Still there — this doesn’t magically erase texture.

It’s the best drugstore concealer I’ve used in five years. Not the best ever — but for $5, it’s almost offensive how good it is.
