- I’m not a dermatologist – I can’t diagnose skin conditions or prescribe treatments
- Check the archives first – I’ve probably written about your question already
- Be specific – “What moisturizer should I use?” is hard to answer. “I have oily, acne-prone skin and react to niacinamide – what alternatives exist?” is much better
- Patience is appreciated – This is a one-person show running on coffee and curiosity
