The internet’s favorite “your skin but better” concealer just got a facelift — and I have feelings about it.
I’ve been testing the new Ispear Glow Concealer for three weeks straight, and the difference isn’t subtle. It’s a completely different animal.
It’s $29, and the original formula was the one that made beauty TikTok lose its mind for looking like actual skin under the eyes. The new version claims more coverage with the same glow.
Coverage jump
It went from sheer-medium to medium-full — but it still moves like a lightweight, not a mask.

The doe-foot is now angled, which sounds dumb but actually hits the inner corner without dragging.
The glow shift
The finish is less “lit from within” and more “I just did a face mask” — it’s glowier, but it reads more dewy than skin-like.

They swapped the old formula’s squalane-heavy base for something with more humectants. That’s why it feels wetter on application — and why it dries down differently.
- Hyaluronic Acid: Holds water so it doesn’t crease as fast, but also makes it slip more before setting
- Niacinamide: Calms redness, but if you’re sensitive, it can sting slightly on broken-out skin
- Vitamin E: The reason it doesn’t dry your undereyes out like other full-coverage options
- Glycerin: The glue that makes it stick to dry patches instead of flaking off them

First pump: it’s almost watery compared to the old one. It spreads like a gel-cream, not a balm. It sets in about 40 seconds — you have to work fast or you’ll get streaks.
Week two reality check: it creases less than the old version, but it also transfers more if you touch your face. And it sits on peach fuzz more visibly. Nobody talks about that.
