Stop scrolling. This is the K-beauty ampoule that made my dermatologist friend say “oh, you got the good stuff” — unprompted. It’s not a moisturizer in disguise.
Rejuran Healer is built around polynucleotides (PN) extracted from salmon DNA. Sounds like a sci-fi experiment, but it’s literally sending your skin cells a memo that says “rebuild the barrier, stat.”
It’s a treatment ampoule, not a daily serum. One box runs about $60-$80 for 5 vials, and you’re supposed to use one vial per week. The claim that got me: “repairs skin at a cellular level.” I called bullshit until I looked at the ingredient list.
PN (Polynucleotide) 2%
The hero. A long-chain DNA fragment that mimics your own cellular repair signals.
Hyaluronic Acid (3 types)
Multi-weight hydration — it pulls water into the skin instead of sitting on top of it.
Centella Asiatica Extract
The calming sidekick. Takes the redness down while the DNA does the heavy lifting.

The PN is the real deal — it’s not just an antioxidant that fights damage after it happens. It’s a proactive signal that tells your fibroblasts to produce more collagen and elastin. That’s why it’s used in injectable form at clinics in Korea.
As a topical, it’s a lower concentration, but it still works. Just don’t expect it to feel like a sheet mask.
- C-PN (Polynucleotide): Boosts fibroblast activity for collagen
- Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid: Deep hydration that penetrates quickly
- Sodium Hyaluronate: Surface-level plumping and moisture retention
- Panthenol: Soothes irritation and supports barrier repair

Texture is a slippery gel-water hybrid. It absorbs in about 10 seconds, which freaked me out — I thought I’d wasted it. There’s zero tackiness, and it smells like… nothing. Very clinical.
Week two: my skin looked calmer, but I wasn’t wowed. Week three: I woke up with my forehead looking like I’d slept with a silk pillowcase for a month. That’s when I got it.

My redness dropped maybe 30%. My skin felt bouncier — the kind of bounce you usually only get from a professional treatment. It didn’t fix my dark circles or make my pores vanish, so let’s not get crazy.

Rejuran Healer is a slow-burn, not a flash-bang. You won’t see it in selfies — you’ll feel it when you wash your face and your skin doesn’t pull tight. That’s the win.
