I finally caved and bought the jar. The one that costs more than a nice dinner for two.
It’s not just the price — it’s the ritual. The whole thing feels like a test of your own vanity.
It’s a thick moisturizer. $205 for 1 oz. The claim? A “miracle broth” that heals and transforms skin. I was skeptical.
The Jar
Heavy glass — feels expensive, is wildly impractical for travel.
The Scent
Clean, faintly oceanic. Not perfumey. Disappears fast.
The Scoop
Comes with a tiny spatula. You will lose it immediately.

The hero is their “Miracle Broth” — fermented sea kelp. It’s supposed to soothe. The rest is a classic, elegant moisturizer base.
- Seaweed (Algae) Extract: The fermented hero for calming
- Mineral Oil: Seals in moisture — old-school but effective
- Glycerin: Humectant to draw in water
- Citrus Peel Oil: For scent, can be sensitizing for some

Thick, almost waxy texture. You have to warm it between your fingers until it turns translucent — then it glides on like silk. Absorbs in 90 seconds, leaves a satin finish, not greasy.
By week two, my skin just felt… calm. No random redness. But zero change in fine lines. It’s a superb barrier fixer, not a time machine.
My dry patches vanished. Complexion looked even, plump. But my wrinkles didn’t get the memo. This is maintenance, not a miracle.
It’s an excellent, supremely luxurious moisturizer. It is not a life-changing skin cure. You’re paying for the fairy tale as much as the formula.
