You know the one. The opaque, sea-green jar that sits on every influencer’s vanity like a trophy.
The real cult isn’t about the cream — it’s about the ritual. You have to “warm it to life” between your fingers. For $200+, you become part of the ceremony.
It’s a rich moisturizer. $205 for 1 oz. I tried it because the “miracle broth” legend is too loud to ignore.
The Broth
Fermented sea kelp — their whole marketing universe revolves around this.
The Jar
Heavy, ceramic, feels expensive. Also wildly unhygienic — you’re dipping fingers in constantly.
The Scent
Clean, oceanic, faintly powdery. It’s pleasant, but for this price, I wanted to smell like ambrosia.

The famous “Miracle Broth” is just fermented seaweed extract, minerals, and vitamins. It’s soothing. The rest is a very good, very rich emollient base.
- Seaweed (Algae) Extract: The fermented hero for calming
- Mineral Oil: Classic occlusive — locks in moisture
- Citrus Peel Oil: For scent, can be irritating for some
- Niacinamide: A star for barrier support and brightness

Thick. Waxy. Like cold butter straight from the fridge. Warming it transforms it — becomes a silky veil that melts in. Absorbs in 90 seconds, leaves a satin finish.
By week two, my skin was definitely softer. But also… I got a tiny whitehead on my cheek. A $200 cream gave me a pimple. The audacity.

Dry patches? Gone. My skin felt fortified, like a strong barrier. But brighter? Firmer? No. It’s a superb moisturizer, not a time machine.
It’s a beautiful, effective moisturizer wrapped in a powerful story. The miracle is in the marketing — but the cream is still very, very good.
