Fat Water is everywhere. So I bought it.
The real draw? A toner and serum in one step. Because who has time for seven layers before coffee?
It’s a $32 toner-serum hybrid from Fenty Skin. Claims to shrink pores and smooth texture without stripping. A tall order.

It’s a niacinamide-heavy cocktail with some tropical extras. Not the most potent percentage, but a good lineup for calming and refining.
- Niacinamide: The star—calms redness, regulates oil
- Kalahari Melon: Lightweight hydration
- Indian Fig: Gentle exfoliation
- Cactus Flower: Soothing antioxidant

Weird texture—like slightly viscous water. Absorbs in 5 seconds flat. Leaves a tacky film for a minute, then it’s gone.
Surprise: it’s hydrating. Expected astringent tightness, got a soft cushion instead. But the pore-shrinking? Not instant magic.
After a month, my skin was calmer and more even. Pores? They looked cleaner, not necessarily smaller. Zero irritation—that’s a win.
It’s a great product—just not a revolutionary one. Does the job well, smells fresh, plays nice with other products. The hype is for the convenience.
