Naturium quietly reformulated their Multi-Peptide Advanced Serum, and if you didn’t read the ingredient list you’d never know. Three peptides are gone, replaced with cheaper alternatives.
The old version had a 10% peptide complex. The new one doesn’t say a percentage anywhere on the bottle. That’s not an accident.
It’s a $28 serum from Naturium that claims to plump, firm, and smooth in 4 weeks. The bottle is heavier than it looks — glass, not plastic, which I respect.
New Peptide Blend
Copper tripeptide is still there, but they cut the palmitoyl pentapeptide that made the old formula feel like it actually did something.
Added Niacinamide
Now at 5%, which is smart for barrier support but means this isn’t just a peptide serum anymore — it’s a multi-tasker.
Dropper Design
Same glass dropper. Still dumps out way too much if you’re not careful. One pump-ish drop covers half your face.

They swapped in more humectants to make up for the lost peptides. It’s more hydrating now, but the anti-aging punch is softer. The real workhorses are the same, just less of them.
- Copper Tripeptide-1: Supports collagen but slowly — think months, not days
- Niacinamide 5%: Calms redness and strengthens barrier function
- Hyaluronic Acid: Draws water in fast, gives that instant plump feel
- Bakuchiol: A gentle retinol alternative that won’t irritate sensitive skin

It’s thin. Like water-serum hybrid. Absorbs in about 15 seconds and leaves zero tackiness — actually impressive for how many actives are stacked in here.
Two weeks in and my skin looks… fine. Not glowier, not tighter. But my barrier held up during a week of retinol and cold weather, which the old version never did. That’s the real win here.

After four weeks, my fine lines look the same. But my skin feels bouncier and hasn’t flaked once, even with winter air and nightly actives. This is a maintenance serum now, not a transformation one.

The reformulation made this a better hydrating serum and a weaker anti-aging one. If you need barrier support, grab it. If you wanted peptides, look elsewhere.
