I bought these drops to fix my ghostly winter face. Turns out they’re the most versatile bottle in my bathroom — I’ve used them on my scalp, my legs, and even my eyelids.
The brand calls it a tanning serum, but it’s really a liquid contour kit in disguise. Nobody tells you that part.
Isle of Paradise sells these drops for $25 — you mix them into your moisturizer for a face glow. I tried that. It works. Then I got bored and started experimenting.
Scalp shadow
Part your hair and dab a drop on the roots — instant density if you have thin hair like me. No one knows.
Leg contour
Mix with body lotion and swipe down the center of your shins. Legs look longer. I’m not explaining the physics, just trust me.
Eyelid tint
One drop mixed into eye cream gives a warm bronze wash. Better than shimmer shadow — looks like you slept outside somewhere expensive.
Chest definition
Dot it between your collarbones. Creates shadow that makes your chest look sculpted. Works in low-cut tops.
Neck blend fix
When your foundation doesn’t match your neck, mix a drop into your neck moisturizer. Fixes the line in 30 seconds.
Arm highlight
One drop in hand cream — makes veins and tendons pop. Weirdly flattering in tank tops.

The formula is DHA (the actual tanning agent) plus a bunch of plant stuff that calms your skin while it develops. It’s also color-correcting — green for redness, purple for dullness.
It smells like a piña colada that got left in the sun. Not a compliment, not a complaint — just accurate.
- DHA: Tan develops over 4-6 hours — plan accordingly
- Avocado oil: Keeps it from drying you out
- Coconut water: Makes it absorb faster than normal tanners
- Chamomile: Stops the weird tanner itch

Texture is watery — not thick like most self-tanners. Absorbs in about 10 seconds, no sticky film. You can dress immediately, which is rare for this category.
Week two: I got lazy and skipped a day. The fade was even — no patchy neck disaster. That’s when I started trusting it.

My face has a permanent subtle glow that survives a full work week. The scalp trick genuinely disguised my part line — nobody noticed, which is the point. The leg thing works but fades fast — reapply every 3 days.
It won’t fix a dark tan or give you a deep bronze. It’s a “you but better” product, not a transformation.

It’s not the strongest tanner, but it’s the most flexible one. Buy it for your face, stay for the scalp trick.
