I bought this because the minimalist white bottle looked expensive on my shelf and the “96% natural-origin” claim hit my dopamine receptors. But then I read the ingredient list and felt like I’d walked in on someone’s group chat.
The preservative system uses phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin — synthetic, but safe. The “natural” label is doing a lot of heavy lifting here, and it made me wonder what else they’re stretching.
It’s $28 for 150ml. Middle-of-the-road pricing that whispers “I’m not drugstore, but I’m not Sunday Riley either.” The claim that got me? “Hydrating gel cleanser for sensitive skin.” I have the skin of a Victorian orphan, so I bit.
Gel-to-foam texture
Slides on like a light serum, then foams up just enough to feel legit — not that suffocating whipped cream mess.
Fragrance-free
Actually true. No lavender oil pretending to be soothing. My nose and my face both said thank you.
pH-balanced 5.5
Low enough to not strip, high enough to actually cleanse. The Goldilocks zone.

Here’s where it gets interesting. The hero is Lonicera (honeysuckle) extract — a natural antibacterial that sounds fancy but does very little in a rinse-off product. The real workhorses are the glycerin and betaine, which hold onto water and keep your barrier from screaming.
- Glycerin: humectant that actually hydrates, not just marketing fluff
- Betaine: sugar beet-derived, helps water bind to skin
- Lonicera extract: sounds cool, minimal real benefit
- Caprylyl glycol: preservative booster, can cause tingling on broken skin

It’s a weird texture — like washing your face with a very polite, watery Jell-O. It doesn’t foam aggressively, and rinsing takes 5 seconds longer than you’d expect. But my skin felt bouncy after, not tight like a drum.
Two weeks in, I noticed my redness was calmer. Not gone — I’m not delusional — but my cheeks looked less like I’d just run a marathon. The surprise? It didn’t break me out. My skin usually treats new products like an insult.

After a full month, my skin is calmer, and my pores look marginally less like a strawberry’s surface. It didn’t clear my occasional chin breakout, but it didn’t make it angrier either.

It’s not a greenwashed scam — but it’s not the eco-revolution the label suggests. It’s a solid, boring, effective cleanser that does one job well.
